Is there an extra charge for apartments?
Yes. Apartment and body corporate jobs in homes add 10% to the installed price, to allow for access, lifts and parking. We confirm it in your written quote.
Which hybrid is the quietest?
The 9.7mm Resiplank Summit has the highest acoustic rating of our hybrids (6 Star). It’s $65/m² supply. If your building has a rating to meet, bring the requirement to the measure.
Do you lay vinyl plank?
Yes. 5mm vinyl plank is about $45/m² supply and $28/m² to install, with underlay or adhesive included. We also supply 3mm planks, but for most homes we recommend 5mm: a thicker plank feels more solid underfoot and is more forgiving of small imperfections in the floor underneath.
