For landlords, property managers and real estate agents in Melbourne.
For property managers and landlords
- Between tenancies: tell us the vacate date when you book, and we’ll plan the measure and installation around it, so the property is ready to lease again sooner.
- A quote the owner can approve: the written quote is emailed within 24 hours of the measure, ready to forward straight to the owner.
- Access arranged with you: we work with the property manager or owner to get in for the measure and the install.
- Hard-wearing choices for rentals: entry-level carpet from $20.50/m² for investment properties; solution-dyed nylon at $43.50/m², where the colour runs right through the fibre, so it resists fading and most stains; and hybrid flooring from $45/m² supply for living areas and kitchens.
- One room or the whole property: we can quote just a damaged room. Jobs under 20 m² carry a $450 small-job charge.
- Bond claims: our free rental carpet depreciation calculator works out what damaged carpet is worth on the depreciation scale VCAT must consider.
For real estate agents: carpet before a sale
- Fresh carpet before the photos: new carpet in a neutral colour makes rooms photograph and inspect better. Tell us the photo or first open date when you book.
- Samples at the property: our mobile showroom brings samples to the home, so the vendor can choose on site.
- A quote for the vendor: emailed within 24 hours of the measure.
- Old carpet taken away: we take up and dispose of the old carpet (about $8/m²) and can move furniture ($8/m²).

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. We arrange access with the property manager, and you can forward the written quote straight to the owner for approval.
Can you quote just one damaged room?
Yes. Jobs under 20 m² carry a $450 small-job charge, and a single room can need extra carpet because of the 3.66 m roll width. A written quote for the damaged area is also what you need for a bond claim.
How soon can you install?
It depends on the carpet chosen and our schedule. Tell us the vacate, photo or open date when you book, and we’ll tell you what timing we can do.
Can you install carpet the owner has already bought?
No. We only supply and install, so every job uses carpet or flooring we supply.
What carpet suits a rental?
For most rentals, a solution-dyed nylon in a mid-tone colour is the practical choice: the colour runs through the fibre, so it resists fading and most stains. Entry-level ranges from $20.50/m² suit investment properties where price matters most.
