Carpet and flooring in Clifton Hill

Yes. Carpet over good underlay absorbs footsteps far better than a hard floor, which makes a real difference in a loft above a living area.
Can you lay a hard floor in an attic?
Yes, if the floor is flat and firm; hybrid and engineered timber both float on underlay. For noise, carpet is still the quieter option.
Which carpet suits a loft bedroom?
A soft cut pile in wool or triexta feels warm and comfortable, and lighter colours keep a room under the roof feeling bright.
