Yes. We measure around hearths, bay windows and alcoves at the measure, so the carpet is cut to fit the room’s shape.
Is a heavier carpet better?
A denser, heavier carpet generally wears better and feels more solid, though it costs more to buy and install: installation is $11/m² up to 40oz, $12.30/m² over 40oz and $13.60/m² over 65oz.
