Cut pile has the yarn loops cut, giving a soft, velvety surface that suits bedrooms. Loop pile leaves them uncut, which is firmer, hides footprints and suits busy areas. Twists and textured cut piles sit in between.

It starts with a phone call or an enquiry. We arrange a time for the free measure, Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm, and bring the mobile showroom so you can compare samples in your own light. Your written quote is emailed within 24 hours of the measure. When you’re ready, our installation team lays the floor, and we can take up the old one and move the furniture first.
