We plan the layout at the measure. Carpet tiles avoid long seams altogether; with broadloom, joins are placed where they’re least noticeable, and we do our best to keep them discreet.

Yes. A single apartment is quoted like any home, with the 10% apartment and body corporate charge on the installed price.
