Office fit-outs in high-rise buildings bring their own logistics:
- Lifts and loading docks need booking with building management, and deliveries are planned around them.
- Floor by floor: large tenancies can be done in stages, after hours or at weekends, so staff can keep working.
- Carpet tiles ($35–$60/m² supply, $15/m² installed) suit open-plan offices and meeting rooms, and old tiles can be lifted for $15/m².
- Your fit-out team: we work with architects, builders and fit-out companies, and take supply-only orders for builders.

$5,280 to $7,980 supplied and installed, before floor preparation, depending on the tile you choose.
Can you swap a hard floor for carpet to cut noise?
Yes. If neighbours hear footsteps, carpet over a good underlay in the bedrooms is the simplest fix. Removing the old hard floor is quoted at the measure.
Does building management need to approve the job?
For homes, check whether your building needs notice of works or a lift booking. For commercial fit-outs, building management usually has rules for contractors, which we follow.
How a job runs
It starts with a phone call or an enquiry. We arrange a time for the free measure, Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm, and bring the mobile showroom so you can compare samples in your own light. Your written quote is emailed within 24 hours of the measure. When you’re ready, our installation team lays the floor, and we can take up the old one and move the furniture first.
