Definitive Native Flooring is an engineered timber floor that is prefinished for quick and easy installation. This type of engineered timber floor is the perfect combination of durability, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal and is a highly valued timber species in Australia.
With our vast selection of Blackbutt, Jarrah, and Spotted Gum styles and textures, you can choose the perfect flooring to complement your interior design.
Each of these hardwoods has unique characteristics that make them an excellent choice for flooring. Depending on which style and type you choose, you can enjoy a variety of colours and patterns that will elevate any space.
- Blackbutt is a versatile and durable timber that ranges in colour from pale yellow to light brown with subtle pink undertones. Its subtle grain pattern and uniform colour make it an easy-to-style option for any interior design.
- Jarrah, on the other hand, is a rich, deep red-coloured timber with dark brown stripes. Its wavy grain and high density give it a luxurious look that complements any modern or traditional interior.
- If you’re looking for something rustic and contemporary, then Spotted Gum is the perfect choice. Its distinctive gum vein patterns and varying shades of golden brown to reddish-brown make it a standout option for modern, high-end interiors.
Our flooring is designed to withstand heavy foot traffic, spills, and household wear and tear. It is also resistant to scratches and scuffs, making it an ideal option for families with children or pets.
Unlike traditional hardwood floors, definitive native flooring is prefinished and ready to install. It requires no sanding, staining or sealing, making it a user-friendly option for contractors and homeowners alike.
At CarpetAce, we understand the importance of proper installation and maintenance to maximise the benefits of your Definitive Native Flooring. Our team of professionals brings you exclusive guidelines that guarantee outstanding results.
Before installation, we highly recommend a thorough site condition inspection. This ensures that the subfloor meets requirements and considers external and internal conditions.
Our Definitive Native Flooring is available in two sizes:
Option 1: 1830/2190 X 180 X 13.5/3.5mm
Option 2: 1740/2190 X 136 X 13.5/3.5mm
These flooring options are compatible with concrete slabs and particle boards, but please note that they are not suitable for subfloor heating systems.
Every project undergoes a detailed site inspection to ensure the perfect flooring type, colour, size, grade, finish, and quality. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional standards that meet and exceed your expectations.
It is imperative to follow a regular cleaning regimen to maintain the longevity and natural beauty of definitive native flooring.
- Do not use steam mops, as they can easily scratch and tarnish the flooring, especially the finish. Instead, keep it simple by sweeping regularly or mopping using warm water to maintain the flooring’s natural lustre, shape, and form.
- You must be mindful of heavy materials and sharp objects, as they can decrease unintentional damage and prolong the flooring’s lifespan.
At CarpetAce, we offer an unmatched client experience with quick and efficient service, fast installation, competitive pricing, and professional, knowledgeable, and helpful team members.
