Belgrave Heights is a compact hills suburb just south of Belgrave, about 26 km by road from our Huntingdale showroom. Home sites were first cut from the Lockwood Estate in 1914, and two small centres grew up about 700 m apart on either side of the Zig Zag Road. It’s known for its church camps and convention centres, and for the bushland of nearby Birdsland Reserve.

New floors before you move in
- Book the measure early. As soon as you can get into the house, we measure every room and email the written quote within 24 hours.
- Empty rooms are simpler: no furniture to move (otherwise $8/m²), and the job goes faster.
- Paint first: if you’re repainting, do it before the new floor goes down.
- Old floors out: old carpet and underlay are taken up and removed for about $8/m²; removing tiles or old timber is quoted at the measure.
- Plan the dates: give us your moving day, and we’ll plan the installation around it as best we can.

How a job runs
It starts with a phone call or an enquiry. We arrange a time for the free measure, Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm, and bring the mobile showroom so you can compare samples in your own light. Your written quote is emailed within 24 hours of the measure. When you’re ready, our installation team lays the floor, and we can take up the old one and move the furniture first.

That’s fine. We move the furniture for $8/m², and we can do the rooms in an order that keeps the house livable.
Can we walk on new carpet straight away?
Yes. Carpet can be used as soon as it’s laid; give it a vacuum to lift any loose fibres.
