Description
Ayrton Striped Nylon Loop by EC Carpets
Ayrton is a striped-texture loop in solution-dyed nylon. With high loops of 9 mm and low loops of 3.5 mm, the texture forms a pronounced rib across the floor. The manufacturer designed it to help hide footprints, which makes Ayrton a practical choice for living areas and hallways with steady foot traffic, and it has a soft, wool-like hand. Colours are earthy, across nine options. At 1085 g/m² (32 oz) it matches Orchard in weight; the difference is the look, with Ayrton’s deeper rib against Orchard’s softer, streaked heathers. The spec sheet rates it Residential Extra Heavy Duty (5-star) and Contract Medium Duty (2-star), and the manufacturer lists 15-year residential wear, 15-year colourfast and lifetime anti-static warranties (conditions apply). Ayrton is made in Lonsdale, South Australia, under an ISO 14001 environmental management system. Book a home visit and we’ll bring all nine colours for you to compare.
