- Odd shapes: chimney breasts, alcoves and angled walls are measured on site so the carpet is ordered and cut to suit.
- Front rooms on stumps, back rooms on a slab: many cottages have a later rear addition on concrete. Carpet suits both, and hard floors may need a trim where the two meet.

Can you work around an original fireplace hearth?
Yes. We cut the carpet or timber neatly around hearths and chimney breasts, and finish the edge with a trim where it’s needed.
Is engineered timber OK in a small kitchen?
Yes, with sensible care: wipe up spills promptly and use a mat at the sink. If the kitchen sees a lot of water, hybrid copes better.

How a job runs
