- Book a time. Call or send an enquiry. We work Monday to Saturday, 7am–7pm.
- See the samples at home. The mobile showroom brings carpet, timber and hybrid samples to you. Prefer to browse a bigger range? Visit our Huntingdale showroom, 52 Hargreaves St, by private appointment.
- Free measure, written quote. We measure every room and email your written quote within 24 hours of the measure.
- Installation. Our team installs, and can take up the old floor and move furniture as part of the quote.

Do you carpet stairs in double-storey homes?
Yes. Every staircase is different, so stairs are priced at the free measure rather than in the online price guide. We’ll show you ranges that suit stair traffic.
What works in a home close to the beach?
Sand carried in on shoes is hard on any floor. A common approach is engineered timber or hybrid in the entry and living areas, which are easy to sweep, with carpet in the bedrooms and upstairs rooms. We’ll go through the options room by room at the measure.
My living room is wider than a carpet roll. Will there be a join?
Most carpet comes off a roll 3.66 m wide, so a wider room needs a join and a fill piece. We aim to keep joins out of hallways and other high-traffic areas where we can, and we’ll explain the layout at the measure. Some ranges come 4 m wide, but they cost more per m².
Do you repair or clean carpet?
We restretch carpet that has rippled or come loose. We don’t patch carpet, repair burns, stains or seams, or offer carpet cleaning or water-damage restoration. If your carpet is near the end of its life, we’ll tell you honestly at the measure.
