Is vinyl plank OK in a granny flat bathroom?
It can be laid in a bathroom with a shower or bath, but we don’t recommend it, because water can get through the joins and edges to the subfloor. Powder rooms and laundries are fine.
Can the granny flat match the main house?
If the same range is still available, yes. We’ll bring samples to compare against your existing floor.
Can you work while we’re living in the house?
Yes. A granny flat or studio can be done on its own, and in the house we can do rooms in an order that keeps the home usable.
