Can the same floor run through every room?
Yes. Hybrid and engineered timber can run through the living areas and hallway; long runs may need expansion gaps at doorways, which we’ll explain at the measure.
Can you match new flooring in an extension to the existing rooms?
We’ll bring samples to compare with your existing floor. An exact match to older timber isn’t always possible, so some homeowners redo the connected rooms at the same time.
Is laminate a good choice for a small flat?
Laminate (about $40/m²) suits dry rooms like bedrooms and living rooms. For kitchens and laundries, hybrid copes better with water.
