Montrosa is an easy-care polypropylene loop pitched at rental properties and busy households. The manufacturer says it stands up to moisture as well as stains, which makes it a practical pick for rumpus rooms, everyday living areas and bedrooms in investment properties. It is rated Residential Heavy Duty, and the manufacturer lists 7-year residential wear and lifetime anti-static warranties (conditions apply). The fibre is solution-dyed polypropylene, made in Lonsdale, South Australia, on a 3.66 m roll. Among EC's polypropylene loops, Montrosa shares the Heavy Duty rating with Encounter and Woodchester; seeing them side by side is the easiest way to choose between their textures and colours. Savanna and Summit Point are Medium Duty options for bedrooms and low-traffic rooms. Landlords get the same free measure and written quote as owner-occupiers. Montrosa comes in eight colours, and we can bring them to your home.
